Building Services Engineer

- Degree or Diploma in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical
  Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 2 years or above E&M contractor experience for electrical or HVAC
  systems installation projects
- Some experience in preparing tenders would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects for electrical or HVAC system installation for new
  buildings in Hong Kong and Macau
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and other
  trades
- Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports
- Assist in tendering work for new projects
